Episode 4 Faith and Science in the News - The Elephant in the Room

Check out this paper by Justin Taylor.  He was the managing editor at Crossway for the ESV Study Bible.  This was where I first ran across the book Controversy of the Ages:  Why Christians Should Not Divide Over the Age of the Earth by Cabal and Rasor.  This book is an excellent discussion of the old earth vs. young earth debate.  Ted Cabal is an apologetics professor at a SBC seminary.

If you are interested in a well documented book on the creationist movement get The Creationists by Ronald Numbers.  He is an ex-Adventist, but now an agnostic and professor of History of Science at the University of Wisconsin.
